Who can view it?
- All users can view active organisations.
- Only system Administrators can view inactive, awaiting approval and Declined tabs.
The directory helps you understand who’s in the network and what they offer. The list view previews name, contact details, referral acceptance status, and a short service offer excerpt so you can scan before opening a record.

Inactive organisations (admins only)
Admins can browse Inactive organisations. This differs from “not accepting referrals,” where an organisation stays active but has paused incoming referrals (they may still send referrals).
Awaiting approval (admins only)
When an organisation requests to join via the login page, it appears under Awaiting approval. Admins review details here and Approve eligible organisations to onboard them into the network.
Declined organisations (admins only)
When an organisation’s sign-up is declined, it appears under Declined. Declined organisations are private and do not appear in the public directory or operational lists. They cannot receive referrals. Admins can review the record and either Approve to reinstate it (moving it to Active) or Delete to remove it permanently.
