How to access the system securely and what to do when things go wrong.
Who this is for: Anyone with a Viitata account who needs to sign in.
Before you begin
- You’ll need your work email and password.
- Use a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) for best results.
Sign in
- Go to your organisation’s Viitata link.
- Enter your Email and Password.
- Select Sign in.
Troubleshooting
- Double‑check spelling and that Caps Lock isn’t on.
- Forgotten password: Select Forgot password? and follow the email link to set a new password.
Security notes
- Don’t share passwords. Use your own login.
- Create a strong unique password (12+ characters; mix of letters, numbers, symbols).
- Sign out on shared devices.
