Access the password reset page
The system will redirect the user to the password reset page, when the user clicks “Forgot Password?” from the login page.
Enter the registered email
The user should enter the Email address associated with their account, then click “Send Link”.
Check the Email for a Reset Link
The system will send a unique password reset link to the provided email address. If the email does not appear immediately, check the junk/spam folder.
The email will be sent from no-reply@hutfortytwo.co.uk.
Reset the Password
The user should click the reset link in the email and follow the instructions on the page to set a new password. Submit the new password to confirm the change.
Log in with the New Password
Once the new password has been set, return to the login page and enter the email and the new password to access the system.
Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is not currently supported, although this feature is something we have planned for a future release.
