The system is configured to send automated inbox alerts and email notifications when specific events occur.
Inbox notifications
Referral workflow
When creating a referral, the sending organisation can use the toggle to → Subscribe to email notifications. Doing so will enable the following notifications for that referral.
- Referral acknowledged → Sending organisation is notified.
- Referral closed → Sending organisation is notified
- Note added on a referral → Sending and receiving organisations are notified.
- File uploaded on a referral → Sending and receiving organisations are notified.
Automated messages are permanently activated for the following workflow:
Consent
- Consent renewal request → System admin is notified.
Gap in service
- No eligible organisation found → System admin is notified.
Users & organisations
- New user request requested (by an organisation manager) → System admin is notified.
- New organisation requested (from signup screen) → System admin is notified.
Email notifications
New user
- New user active → New user is notified via email to their registered email address (once accepted) containing instructions to login to the system.
