Automated system messages

The system is configured to send automated inbox alerts and email notifications when specific events occur.

Inbox notifications

Referral workflow

When creating a referral, the sending organisation can use the toggle to → Subscribe to email notifications. Doing so will enable the following notifications for that referral.

  • Referral acknowledged → Sending organisation is notified.
  • Referral closed → Sending organisation is notified
  • Note added on a referral → Sending and receiving organisations are notified.
  • File uploaded on a referral → Sending and receiving organisations are notified.

Automated messages are permanently activated for the following workflow:

  • Consent renewal request → System admin is notified.

Gap in service

  • No eligible organisation found → System admin is notified.

Users & organisations

  • New user request requested (by an organisation manager) → System admin is notified.
  • New organisation requested (from signup screen) → System admin is notified.

Email notifications

New user

  • New user active → New user is notified via email to their registered email address (once accepted) containing instructions to login to the system.
