Follow these steps to gain access to your account if you’ve lost your password.
1) Access the password reset page
From the login screen, select Forgot Password?. You’ll be redirected to the password reset page.
2) Enter your registered email
Type the email address linked to your account and click Send link.
3) Check your email for the reset link
Look for an email from [email protected]. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your junk/spam folder.
4) Reset the password
Open the email and click the reset link. Follow the on‑screen instructions to set a new password, then submit to confirm.
5) Log in with the new password
Return to the login page and sign in with your email and the new password.
